Immigration
If you are looking for an immigration attorney with compassion and experience you’ve come to the right place. One of my greatest pleasures is obtaining LPR (Legal Permanent Resident status – a green card) for my clients. I work with the client to make sure they understand the process, have their documents in order, and are fully prepared for an interview before the DHS (Department of Homeland Security). I give each case the attention to detail required to present the best offense and defense to the immigration authorities.
I represent people with all kinds of immigration issues including:
Family reunion
Naturalization
Deportation & removal
Asylum
Visas
Visitor (B1 B2)
Investors and Extraordinary Ability (E1)
Student (F1)
Employment (H1-B)
Fiancè (K1)
Foreign business management (L-1)
Models
Entertainers
Criminal Law
I have represented hundreds of people who have been charged with misdemeanors and felonies in all five boroughs and Nassau and Suffolk counties. If you have been arrested or you think there may be a warrant for your arrest:

Family Law
Nobody gets into a relationship hoping to one day end up in litigation. When you find yourself in need of a lawyer, he or she should be someone who views the issues globally. Someone who can help you understand all of the implications for yourself and your family. If your looking to “screw your soon to be ex” or teach them a lesson by involving your kids, I’m not your man. If you want to limit the financial and emotional costs to you and your family, please feel free to call me. I handle:
Divorce
Contested
Uncontested
Family
Visitation
Support
Orders of protection
Business & Contract Litigation
You know your business. You know your clients. You want to make money. You don’t want to pay legal fees. I will let your knowledge of your business guide me towards the best decisions tailored to your particular needs. I can help you open a new business, sell an existing business, and draft and review agreements between yourself, your employees, your customers and your vendors. Sadly, there are dishonest businesses and people who will try to take advantage by under-delivering and/or making false claims. I will implement a strategy to defend or prosecute a lawsuit and provide transparent billing statements and regular communication so you know how your money is being spent.

With nearly 30 years of experience, and hundred of bankruptcies filed, we have the experience to guide you through the complicated process of filing for bankruptcy relief. Whether your looking for a fresh start, or a temporary reprieve from creditors we can help.
TYPES OF BANKRUPTICES WE HANDLE
Chapter 7: Fresh Start/Liquidation. A Chapter 7 bankruptcy will discharge most types of unsecured debt. The trustee will try to sell any significant nonexempt property in order to repay your creditors.
Chapter 13: Repayment Plan. In Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you repay your creditors (some in full, some in part) through a Chapter 13 repayment plan.
Chapter 11: Large Reorganization. Chapter 11 bankruptcy is another form of reorganization bankruptcy that is most often used by large businesses and corporations. Individuals can use Chapter 11 too, but it rarely makes sense for them to do so.
